Nigerian Senate debated the arrest and dehumanization meted out to Senator Dino Melaye. The Senate was in rowdy session as the Senators debated the violation of human rights of Dino Melaye by the police all in the guise to arrest and bungle him to Kogi.
The Senate resolved to summon the IG of police tomorrow for an update on the situation and health
of the Senator whom many confirmed was in critical condition in hospital.
The Senate also resolved to pay him a visit direct from plenary which was adjourned to enable the senators go and ascertain the state of his health right in the hospital.
