The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed Dino Melaye's appeal over the tribunal decision to sack him by affirming the decision of the tribunal sacking Dino Melaye.
The Appeal Court called for fresh rerun election within 90 days. The senator representing Kogi West just recently lost PDP primaries election as their candidate for Kogi State gubernatorial election.
Reacting to this court decison, Dino wrote on his twitter handle:
"I just lost my election at the Appeal Court and Fresh election ordered. In all things I give God the Praise. He who started a good thing will definitely complete it. I ask my supporters to be law abiding as we shall always overcome. To God be the Glory."
