BEAKING: Supreme Court Restores David Mark–Led ADC Executive

In Senator David Mark v Nafiu Bala & Ors, the Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, set aside the Court of Appeal’s order to maintain status quo. The apex court also referred the case back to the trial court for full determination. The David Mark–led executive is restored pending the final outcome at the trial court.
