KEKE FULLY BANNED FROM OWERRI ROADS

Imo State governor Rochas Okorocha has made good his threat and decision to completely ban Keke operations on the main city of Owerri Roads. This came into effect yesterday when a special task force established for such purpose commenced impounding the tricycle across Owerri roads yesterday.
