The indefatigable Senator Phillip Aduda representing Federal Capital Territory supported the Bill on an:
ACT TO ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
The Bill which was undergoing debate for 2nd Reading was supported by Senator Phillip Aduda. The Senator is his contribution said the Nigerian youths merit such commission hence he said,
" Nothing is too big for the Youths"
He went on to say that an idle mind is the devil's workshop hence its good the Senate is creating a commission that will cater to the needs of the youths.
He called on his co-senators to support the bill and fastrack its passage so as to address the challenges of the youths squarely.
The Bill finally passed second reading and was referred to the committee on Youths and Sports.
