A Bill sponsored by Senator Ben Uwajumogu representing Imo North from Imo State on "JOB CREATION AND PROTECTION" passed first reading on the floor of the upper chambers today.
The Bill is expected to address the lingering unemployment crisis ravaging our youths and also create a framework to protect employees.
The Bill will be debated on the floor when it comes for Second Reading to allow all senators to contribute before it goes through the appropriate committee for line by line review.
